Obituary of Rosa Piskor

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother, Rosa. She is survived by her loving husband Joseph and her children Joseph, Eva and the late Tommy. She is the proud grandmother of Ashley, Brandon, Jennifer and Matthew. Rosa was born on March 10, 1935 in Hungary to the late Alex and Anna Urpesz and was very proud of her Hungarian heritage. She will be missed by her siblings Robert (Carol), Mary, Piroska, Nusi, Joli and Gusti and is predeceased by many brothers and sisters. Rosa will be missed dearly by her nieces and nephews, whom she loved very much, and her many family and friends. Rosa was a fabulous cook and was always dressed in the most fashionable trends but above all else she loved her family dearly. She will be missed beyond words. Our family wish to thank everyone for their kindness and compassion during this difficult time. A private family service will be held and interment at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa.
