We were deeply saddened by the news about the death of Hertha. Hertha was our neighbour for many years, she truly was a special lady, she was always so very kind to our family and children. She was the best neighbour, always helping and looking out for others. We have many fond memories of our time together as neighbours at the corner of Ainsley and Handbury. One memory stands out… when we were in the middle of major renovations, Hertha came out and documented it all by taking pictures, and then presented us a album with all the photos! She was just the sweetest woman, we missed her when she moved out of Hanbury.
