Obituary of Simos Xarchos

Simos Xarchos died peacefully at the age of 87 on Thursday, April 14, 2022, after a long illness. He is now reunited with his son George (1990) and wife Assimo (2021). He is survived by his sons: Konstantinos (Sandra) and his son with Karen, George (Mackenzie), and Christos (Jacqueline) and their children Simon, Joseph, and Jacob. They, along with his extended family, will miss him dearly.

Simos will be remembered as a warmhearted, generous man. He was a hard-working, well-respected business owner who gave so much to so many in our community. He was also a loving husband to his wife and a doting father and grandfather.

The family will receive friends during the visitation hour on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church (1315 Prince of Wales Dr.) from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
