Catherine Isabel Allison (Campbell)

“Isabelle” to friends and family

Sadly passed away at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on August 14, 2022 at 70 years of age with family at her side. Born August 8, 1952 in Glace Bay Nova Scotia, daughter to Cyprian Charles Campbell and Florence Patricia Campbell (nee MacIsaac).

Isabelle was a longtime companion to John Duval (Children: Michel Duval and Angele Duval-Belanger) and Mother to Michael Giampaolo(Andrea) and Margaret McPhee(Ron). Grandmother of four to Carmelo, Luca,  Dante Giampaolo, and Dawson AuCoin. Isabelle was a loving sister predeceased by Virgina Dominique, Sandra Doucey, Donald Campbell, John Campbell, Patricia Thom and is survived by Judy O’Reilly, Michael Campbell, Paul Campbell and Glen Campbell, leaving behind many nieces and nephews. 

Isabelle was known for her generosity in the moment,sense of humour, laughter and brutal honesty!

Isabelle’s wishes were not to have a funeral or memorial, however donations can be made in her memory to Cornerstone Women or Ottawa Food Bank with monetary or material donations.
