Cousin Don was a cousin that I only saw to share time with at McNeice Reunions held at the Reay Road homestead. However, these rare chances gave each of us the opportunity to share family updates. What always impressed me was his consistent quiet demeanor, family focus and always an interest in what was currently going on in my life. Since those instances where al least 5 years apart, it took some time to update each other. I was always amazed at how much he did for those who needed comfort or care. Don was a truly compassionate husband and father and I know how much his family with miss his cheri expressions and that short and purposeful laugh. May he rest now in the peace that he so truly deserves.
