My condolences and by extension condolences from the congregation of St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church Blackburn to Robert, Margaret, Geoffrey and the extended family. Among her many attributes Barbara was an incredibly talented lady and our church has several Christmas hangings to attest to that talent. May your many fond memories keep her in your hearts and strengthen you at this time and in the future. Jean Lockett

Barbara was a leader at St. Mark's Anglican church. Parishioners benefitted from her leadership and contributions to the church. The church lost a wonderful person when the church closed.

Barbara Martin
It’s a sad day to hear about the passing of a women we admired and loved. Barbara was the caregiver for our two kids Philippe and Sylvie who received love, kindness, fun, activities, God, and adventures along side Tessa and Sam of course. As parents we had the peace of mind that our kids had a wonderful person caring for them. All of us have so many memories and beautiful crafts to remember her by.

Barbara and I were on the board of the Orleans Preschool Resource Centre in the late 1980's. I would then see her occasionally at craft fairs in Cumberland village where she sold her fine needlework. Barbara was a lovely, accomplished person. Sincere sympathies to her family.
