My mother told me a story about a Brian Smith. She told me about Brian once before, some years ago, but today, this evening, we spoke about him again. I wanted to know who in her life has been memorable, and who, specifically, was kind. And so, we began to speak about Brian Smith.
It's a difficult thing meeting people who are kind, and even more difficult, as we get older, I'm sure, to remember them so fondly. Brian is remembered in Canada. He is spoken of in Sweden, where I live.
