We at Beaver Meadow treasure the memory of Billy. For decades his skills helped us to function. He had a kind word and gentle manner for everyone. I have great memories of fishing at his cottage and camp. My wife and I especially enjoyed our visit to the cottage and making it to the memory wall. We all will miss him.
