Obituary of Tammy Irene Reading

May 8, 1968 to April 8, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved woman, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Tammy is survived by her loving son, Zachary (Jeanne), step father John, sister Tina, brother in-law Dave, niece/Goddaughter Jade as well as her former husband Gerry, step-sister Laura, step-brother Mike, and several cousins as well as many, many dear friends.  She was predeceased by her mother Doreen.

Tammy’s number one love was her son Zachary, she was always so very proud of him, she spoke of him often and every time she did, she would light up. Truly a proud Mom.  Tammy was the type of person who loved being with family and friends, she was always up for a social. Tammy had a knack with people, and wouldn’t hesitate to speak to or include anyone.   

Many thanks to all the wonderful people at The Queensway Carleton Hospital. We truly appreciate the paramedics, doctors and nurses who helped take care of our precious Tammy.
