Our sympathies to June’s family. We didn’t know her really well, but always were gladdened to see her wishes for someone’s birthday and for holiday celebrations, out in her bench by the door.
Also when Jim brought me home from the hospital and we came in the front entrance, she immediately came out to lend me her walker to make it up the lift and into our apartment. She said to keep it as long as needed.
She had a wry sense of humour which I totally enjoyed and will miss.
