Obituary of Barbara Ruth Hird

Passed away on Sunday, January 5^th, 2025 at the age of 96 years.  Wife of Brian for 71 years.  She is also survived by her daughters Janet Hird, Karen Dion (Michel) and Myra Hird (Christophe Merle), grandchildren Mark Dion (Allison Read), Anne Dion, Inis Hird, Eshe Hird and her great grandson Ashton.  She will be remembered by her extended family in England and Australia.  Visitation will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road on Wednesday, January 15^th from  2:00pm to 4:00pm.  For those wishing, donations may be made to Interval House of Ottawa.
