Obituary of Joyce Doucet-Sollows

Joyce Doucet-Sollows (nee Dunlop) passed away peacefully at home Jan 18, 2025. Born Apr 6,1944 to Kenneth & Bertha Dunlop. She lived an active life & helped many people along the way. Joyce married Donald Doucet & they had two sons together Mike and Sean. Her formal education ended at McGill University where she obtained a Masters degree in Social Work.She started counselling people with various problems and was very successful. She is survived by her Husband Gene, Sons Mike (Janie), Sean (Carolyn), Grandchildren, Mathieu (Lorrie), Julie, Noah, Lea-Rose, Sister Patricia and Cousin Ronnie. A celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday Feb 18,2025 at 11:00AM at Cole Funeral Services and Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road,Ottawa.
