Dear Terry,
Through Helen and John Shea, we have the news of Brian's passing. The words in the obituary have touched my heart. The very precious things, the simple pleasures of life, are what we all enjoy. Gathered around the dining room table or fun on the patio with our families is what brings us joy. Your family has always been one strengthened by love. Truly you, Terry, were an inspiration back in the 1970s when we worked together. I cannot hear the words Cape Breton without thinking of you. In 1989, we had dinner together with Helen, Judi and Lynn. That was an evening to remember. My love and caring go out to you at this time of letting go.
